We are thrilled to announce the release of Version 1.8, which brings meaningful enhancements to the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our application. This update is centered around improving your interaction with the app’s features, notably the management of custom formats which we introduced a few weeks ago. Below are the key features and improvements included in this release:

New Custom Formats: Todo List & Tabular Format

• 'Todo List' with checkboxes to assist users in tracking their in-app tasks more efficiently.

• 'Tabular Format' created to summarize data in a structured table, though users should note there may be some inconsistencies with this format.

Custom Formats Management:

• In the settings page, you will find 'Custom Formats' as a dedicated section rather than nested under general settings. This allows for easier access and management of your custom formats.

• Within this new section, custom formats are presented in a tabular view displaying the title, description, and an info snippet for each format that can be viewed as a tooltip.

• Enhanced search functionality enables you to quickly find formats based on the format name.

• An "Add Format" button has been introduced. Clicking this will open a modal where you can create a new custom format, comprised of emoji, title, description, and information fields.

• Each custom format entry offers 'Edit' and 'Delete' options. Editing a format is streamlined with pre-filled data in the modal, and updates are saved with the "Update Custom Format" button.

• We have significantly increased the limit of custom formats that can be created from 6 to 50, providing greater flexibility and customization for your workflow.

Enhanced Notes Filtering:

• Addressing feedback on filtering notes, we've added the ability to filter based on custom formats, in addition to pre-existing tags.

• Toggle between tags and formats to apply filters, and the dashboard will display the filtered results in the note table.

• A numeric indicator next to the filter dropdown will show the count of active filters applied, enabling you to have a clear view of your filter settings.

Testimonials Page:

• A new testimonials page has been added, aggregating reviews from platforms such as AppSumo. This section provides prospective customers with user experiences and feedback.

Installation Pop-up Improvements:

• We've improved the experience regarding the Progressive Web App (PWA) installation pop-up by ensuring it doesn't repeatedly display once dismissed.

• Should you opt to install the PWA after dismissing the reminder, an option is conveniently available in the user menu to prompt the installation process again.

Additional Credits Purchase:

• Users can now purchase additional credits directly from the billing section within the settings page.

Audio Storage Update:

• For maintenance and storage optimization, audio recordings will be accessible for download for up to 60 days from the date of creation.
