1. Format on the Go

• Overview:

Introducing a new "Format on the Go" feature for the note-taking experience. This capability empowers users to generate custom prompts dynamically while creating content within a note.

• How It Works:

– When editing a note, you can generate a new format prompt on the fly using AI-generated suggestions.

– Once the content is created according to the newly generated format, you are presented with an option to save this format permanently to your list of custom formats or retain it as a temporary, separate entry.

– For temporary prompts, you can later navigate to the Settings page, under the Custom Format subsection. A dedicated filter helps you display and manage only those formats generated on the go.

– This segregation enables you to edit, reuse, or permanently store these dynamic formats based on your preference.

Increase your productivity by quickly creating and adjusting content formats without disrupting your workflow.

2. Enhanced Sidebar for the Notes Page

• Overview:

A redesigned sidebar on the Notes page adds an intuitive navigation experience.

• How It Works:

– The new left-hand sidebar is open by default and displays all your notes, folders, and sub-folders.

– Simply click on any note within the sidebar to load it on the right-hand side of your screen. The note area now rerenders automatically, ensuring smooth transitions between notes without the need to exit to the table view.

– An integrated collapsible (docking) icon on the left allows you to hide or reveal the sidebar according to your screen space preference. Click the icon to collapse the sidebar and reclaim your full workspace, and click again to restore the view.

3. Search Experience and UX Improvements

• Overview:

Several refinements have been introduced to improve the overall user experience on the search page and throughout the application.

• What’s Fixed:

– Resolved search experience issues that affected the clarity and performance of file and folder searches.

– UI/UX enhancements include resolving loader inconsistencies and ensuring consistent autofocusing during folder creation.

– Minor user experience tweaks have been applied to ensure a more intuitive and reliable interface across the application.
