1. Introduction of Favourite Languages

Feature Overview:

Users can now set and sort their favourite languages, similar to note formats. This new feature allows for a more personalised and efficient user experience.

How to Use:

• Navigate to the Settings page.

• Under the 'Note Preference' subsection, select your favorite languages and click 'Save Settings'.

• These favourite languages will now appear at the top of the language selection list in the recorder settings and the note page, with the remaining languages listed alphabetically.

2. Application Optimisation

Feature Overview:

We have conducted various optimisations to improve application performance, particularly concerning data loading and note updating procedures.

Notable Improvements:

• Reduced load time when accessing different parts of the application.

• Faster data refresh rates, offering a smoother and more responsive experience.

3. UI Improvements in Settings Page

Feature Overview:

Several UI and functionality updates have been implemented in the Settings page, providing a more intuitive user experience. Key subsections have been renamed and redesigned.

Subsection Changes:

• Formerly 'General Settings' is now 'Note Preference'.

• Additional sections include 'Custom Formats', 'Webhooks', 'Billing', and 'Account'.

Functional Enhancements:

• Updated table views for Webhooks and Custom Formats.

• New UI elements across all subsections for improved user interaction.

• Enhanced capabilities in the Account subsection, including session management and account deletion.

4. New Note Sharing Feature

Feature Overview:

The ability to share notes has been introduced, enabling users to easily distribute their notes with others.

How to Use:

1. Access a Note:

   • Open the note you wish to share.

   • Click on the 'More' (three dots) icon next to the note.

2. Share Options:

   • Options previously included downloading, deleting, and webhooks.

   • A new 'Share' option has been added.

3. Generate Sharing Link:

   • Click on 'Share' to open a modal displaying a unique URL.

   • Click 'Copy' to copy the URL to your clipboard.

4. Customize Share Data:

   • Select the specific data formats and transcripts you wish to share.

   • Click 'Done' to finalize the sharing settings, with a confirmation toast indicating successful updates.

5. Use Sharing Link:

   • Share the copied URL with the intended recipient.

   • Visit the URL to view the selected data formats and transcripts, navigable via a bottom slider on the page.

Mobile-Friendly Features:

• Implemented swipe gestures for easy navigation between shared data on mobile browsers.

Future Updates:

• Planned enhancements include editing capabilities for shared notes, subject to access permissions set by note owners.
