This update introduces significant improvements, aimed at enhancing user experience through better organization, navigation, and usability functionalities. Key Features and Enhancements

1. Folder Structure and Navigation

• Folder Creation and Organization: Users now have the ability to create folders within the application, allowing for seamless organization of notes into a clean, hierarchical structure. The introduction of a breadcrumb trail ensures effortless navigation through the folder hierarchy.

• Breadcrumb Navigation: A breadcrumb is presented at the top of the interface, aiding users in tracking their current location within the folder hierarchy and enabling easy movement throughout the application.

• Data Filtering: Users can filter data by type—either notes or folders—facilitating a more tailored view of their workspace contents.

• Folder Operations: Users can generate folders and notes within any existing folder, enhancing the capability to create subfolders and further organize content effectively.

2. Data Management Improvements

• Move and Organize: A new sidebar interface allows users to move notes and folders efficiently across the folder hierarchy. This feature includes intuitive navigation support through bread crumbs and right-side-chevron icons to drill down or move back within folders.

• Multi-Select and Bulk Operations: Our updated multi-select feature provides users the ability to archive, delete, or move multiple selected files at one time. Note that currently, only notes, not folders, can be archived.

3. Interface and Usability Enhancements

• Infinite Scrolling: Replacing the previous pagination method, infinite scrolling allows smoother and more continuous navigation through extensive lists of notes and folders.

• Recorder Relocation: The recorder function has been relocated to the bottom right of the interface in a more compact form. This new mic icon provides easy access to recording options, housed in a collapsed sidebar.

• Search Functionality Improvement: The search bar has been moved to the application header, providing the flexibility to perform searches from anywhere in the application, not just limited to the main table context.

4. Legacy UI Toggle Option

To allow users adequate time to adjust to these updates, a toggle option in the settings page has been included. This option permits users to revert to the legacy interface, ensuring a comfortable transition to the new features.

5. Additional UI Tweaks and Bug Fixes

• Minor UI enhancements to the user menu within the header.

• Resolution of previously reported bugs to enhance application stability.
